Updated template headers to 'Lorem ipsum' and revised content

Browse source 
- Standardized the templates headers with 'Lorem ipsum' titles.
- Updated Species template with new section titles and example placeholder text.
- Animal, Feat, Item and Spell now using H2 heading so they can be grouped.
- Removed trait content from Animal template.
