Added Wizard class and Evoker subclass example

- Added the Wizard class and Evoker subclass from the SRD.
- Updated README and Summary to reference these new examples and provide clearer instructions.
- Removed the sample subclass and updated the subclass template for consistency.

- Renamed the Monster template to Animal, updateding headings and placeholder text accordingly.
- Also revised Subclass layout to match the SRD.

You can use the subclass template to create a full blown class. I just went this route because it feels less intimating.
