Rename Monster to Animal and updated templates
- Renamed the Monster template to Animal, updateding headings and placeholder text accordingly.
- Also revised Subclass layout to match the SRD.

Added another comment to subclass
You can use the subclass template to create a full blown class. I just went this route because it feels less intimating.
